I’m a People Management Consultant dedicated to helping nonprofits thrive as they fulfill their mission to help heal our broken world.

MY STORY
I love empowering and helping people grow into their full potential, creating a high performing team that cares for each other as they focus on their common mission.
Working for nonprofits taught me so much, but it also opened my eyes to the challenges. I saw passionate, hardworking professionals navigating limited budgets and growing teams with little guidance. Too often, managers were promoted without proper training, leading to burnout.
That’s why I created The People Leadership Path. After losing my mom and caring for aging parents, I felt called to focus on work that aligned deeply with my purpose. Supporting nonprofit leaders became my way of giving back.
What makes my work impactful is my ability to truly meet people where they are. It’s about creating a space where managers feel seen, supported, and empowered.

A Lifelong Calling
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the nonprofit world. I stumbled upon social work in college and everything clicked. It combined my curiosity about people with my deep desire to make a difference.

Diverse Expertise
My career spans both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, and later earned a degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology to expand my impact on organizational development.

Purpose Driven
After losing my mom and caring for aging parents, I felt called to focus on work that aligned deeply with my purpose. Supporting nonprofit leaders became my way of giving back to a sector that shaped my life.
